Help Shape the Future of Sitka’s Parks! The City and Borough of Sitka and the Sitka Recreation Foundation are developing a 20-Year Parks and Recreation Master Plan to guide future recreation, facility improvements, and local programming on city managed properties (109 acres of parkland, 7 parks, 4 playgrounds and 9 athletic fields). We need your help to set our short- and long-term priorities! We want to hear from residents of all ages—including local youth—to understand what facilities you use, what improvements matter most, and where to focus our long-term efforts. Please take a moment to share how you use Sitka’s parks and recreation facilities and what improvements matter most to you and your family.
